A Team with Purpose. A Mission with Urgency.
Ceresant Solutions was founded in 2023 by Todd Feldman, whose professional background and lived experience shaped the company’s vision. It began under the name Seismic Wellness Labs, inspired by the need for early warning systems for the brain, much like a seismograph detects tremors before an earthquake.
That name reflected the challenge. The new name reflects the future.
Ceresant Solutions exists to advance lifelong brain health through intelligent, preventive systems that help people thrive at every stage of life. Our work begins in schools, where early risk often appears but is rarely addressed in time. BrainDashTM is designed to help educators identify emerging mental health needs and take action before students fall into crisis.
We call this model Predictive Prevention: a proactive approach that combines science, data, and insight to surface invisible risks and guide early, coordinated support.
Our team brings together leaders in neuroscience, education, and technology. Prevention is possible, and schools, families, and communities deserve the tools to make it real.

Our Vision
Unshakable Minds.
Unstoppable Lives.
We envision a world where individuals live with mental strength and cognitive clarity—unburdened by preventable decline or invisible stressors.
Where students learn boldly, professionals lead resiliently, and elders retain their memory, identity, and independence.
This is not merely the absence of illness—it is the presence of strength.
Mental resilience. Cognitive vitality. A global shift in how we value and protect the mind. This is a world of unshakable minds and unstoppable lives.
Our Mission
Identify. Inform. Inspire.
Every day, in everything we do, we:
Identify – We uncover risks that others can’t see—surfacing early signs of cognitive or emotional strain before they escalate. Through validated science, real-world signals, and intelligent systems, we make the invisible visible and bring clarity to complexity.
Inform – We translate insight into action. We enable support systems—schools, clinicians, caregivers, and leaders—to make smarter, earlier decisions through timely data, dynamic models, and personalized guidance. We help people act when it matters most.
Inspire – We elevate what brain health can be. We challenge reactive models, fragmented tools, and outdated assumptions. We inspire stronger systems that prioritize resilience, readiness, and human potential—because thriving minds build thriving communities.

A Word You Haven’t Heard, for a Problem We Can’t Ignore
Let’s be honest. Ceresant is a word you probably haven’t seen before, and you might not say it right the first time. (It’s “SARE-uh-sant,” by the way.)
The name combines two Latin roots: cerebrum, meaning brain, and santus, meaning health. It reflects what we’re building at the deepest level—a system designed to protect and strengthen the brain through proactive, lifelong care.
We started as Seismic Wellness Labs, inspired by the idea that brain health needs earlier detection, just like a seismograph senses tremors before an earthquake. But the mission kept growing.
Now, Ceresant Solutions stands for something bigger. It is not just about avoiding a crisis. It is about enabling clarity, resilience, and wellness, starting in schools and expanding over time.
The name may be unusual, but so is our mission. And we’re okay with that.
Meet the Team
We bring together leaders in neuroscience, data security, education, and mental health to reimagine how schools support student wellbeing. Our team has built platforms at scale, led national research, and advised school systems across the country. We apply that experience to one of the most urgent challenges in education today: building the infrastructure for mental health prevention.
