Neerja brings deep experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms and will oversee Product Management, Product Design, and Program Management at Ceresant. She will lead the strategic direction and user experience for the company’s flagship platform, BrainDashTM.
BrainDash is the first mental health infrastructure platform purpose-built for K–12 schools. By combining clinical-grade biomarkers with AI-driven insights, BrainDash helps schools detect early warning signs of mental illness and take proactive action. With counselors nationwide managing caseloads up to four times beyond recommended levels, BrainDash delivers the tools schools need to intervene earlier and support students more effectively.
Neerja will guide the development of key platform features — from student mood check-ins to real-time counselor dashboards and board-ready reporting — ensuring every experience is intuitive, actionable, and designed for measurable impact.
Before joining Ceresant, Neerja held senior product leadership roles at Verizon, Brivo, and several high-growth technology companies. She is widely respected for translating complex systems into simple, human-centered experiences in sectors where security, reliability, and trust are non-negotiable.
Her appointment comes as Ceresant prepares to launch BrainDash across select independent schools in Virginia, paving the way for regional expansion and national scale.
